Sound_n_Fury Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 $25K annual taxes. Damn. 303083 I wonder what the heating bill runs... I wouldn't be surprised if it's $5,000-plus.
IDBillzFan Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 What a waste of a house. Photo #3 really is the depressing one. Here's the room upgrade recommendation: A 60" hi-def TV, surround sound, beer on tap, a small bar with only top shelf booze, NFL SundayTicket, some dark curtains and some drunk friends.

Chalkie Gerzowski Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 That picture reminds me of that movie, "The Shinnin" ALL FUMBLES AND NO PLAY MAKE DREW A DULL BOY!!!!!!
Arkady Renko Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 It would make a good servants' quarters for my help.
col_forbin Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 I hope you were joking! The craftsmenship in that house is 100x that of the 300k, pre-fab, particle board, built by stoned out losers, houses you speak of. For 300k, you get nothing but the cheapest, second-rate materials, unlike the miles of hardword wainscoting in that living room. I've driven by the place since I live near it and the lot alone is worth more than the dumps that impress you. 303097 Not to mention 33 acres
dib Posted April 13, 2005 Posted April 13, 2005 Here it is Thats it. I've decided, my son is becoming a quarterback.
