Gregthekeg Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 (edited) My wife and I are going to an all inclusive in Mexico next week. (She runs a clinic and this was the only time she could get off) We are going to be out of the country during the Ravens game. Does anyone know how I can watch the game on my iPad when I am down there? I have the CBS app but they told me that it is only available in the states and I would need to download a VPN. Not sure if I can download that on an iPad. Any help would be appreciated. Go Bills! Edited December 2, 2019 by Gregthekeg
PromoTheRobot Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 Most resorts in Mexico get US TV. If you're lucky, most of the US is getting Bills/Ravens, and maybe your resort will have the game on TV. If your resort has a casino and sports book they will definitely have the game on. I know there are sports bars with Sunday Ticket. Try emailing the resort and ask them if they have Sunday Ticket, or whether a local bar does. 2
boco357 Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 Where in Mexico. I know there are some sports bars in Playa del Carmen or Cancun too.I remember I stupidly streamed a game in Riviera Maya, Mexico at resort. It was out of the country so my Sunday Ticket wouldnt work. What a waste of time watching the Bills at Bucs that was back in December 2013. Ugh they got blown out. This is obviously different circumstances though! Going with fam on Polar Express at 4pm, so will have to watch end on phone too. Good luck. 1
El Guapo Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 Depends on the all inclusive. The Secrets, Dreams, Breathless and Excellence resorts all have a "sports bar" that should play it if it is on national TV. Check with your resort to see if the have a bar like that.
bigK14094 Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 It used to be you could buy the game on NFL.com when outside the USA.....don't know if that is still in place.

alton Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 If you have an iOS device, there's an app in the Apple App store called DofuSports that links to all the games. (I don't know how this hasn't been shut down as it has NBA, NCAA Football, NHL and NFL games - but I have been using it for 3 weeks.)
716 Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 I travel internationally pretty much much most of the year. I used to use shadier means to catch games, but now as I age, I feel a bit better paying for it. My go to now is a combination of using a VPN, and NFL Gamepass International. You can absolutely i stall a VPN on your iPad, I just recommend that you actually pay for one, and not use a free one. Some of the better, more popular ones are: ExpressVPN, Private Internet Acces, and WiTopia, but there are several other options as well. Just google something like "best paid VPNs 2019" If you do go this route, I would recommend testing before youbhead down to Mexico. - Install the VPN on your device - Choose a server where Game Pass International is allowed (I always go with the U.K.) - Sign up for Gamepass International (Not the regular NFL gamepass) I think they are still offering a week to week option as well, so it's nice to not have to pay for the full year if you dont need to. Hope that helps. Ive watched games from Zambia, Albania, Bosnia, and Malta this year. I will be catching the Ravens game from Ecuador... Kinda funny: While I was working in Iraq, I had a sling box that I would leave at my sisters house. Worked out pretty well, until my little niece would come in and change the channel. Nothing worse when you're on the egde of your seat during a crucial drive and all of a sudden you're watching Dora the Explorer lol 2 1
SF Bills Fan Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 I belong to the Bills Mafia group on Facebook. Somebody streams the games every week on that. As long as you become a member of the group and can access Facebook in Mexico you should be good to go. Check to see if your data is an unlimited plan, though. I've watched three games this year on my iphone. 4
Antonio Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 The main brodcasters have not anounce the games yet. I will let you know if its going to be on. If it is not, your best bet is to go to hooters early and ask them to have a tv installed. If you are in Rivera Maya or Cancun the game will be at 1pm, otherwise it will be at noon. Also, if you are in cancun, I have game pass, I don´t mind to have you in and watch together. 10 minutes ago, SF Bills Fan said: I belong to the Bills Mafia group on Facebook. We are going to be in Rivera Maya in a small little resort. I reached out for an update on the bar, they only have two there. Not sure if it will have US TV on it or not. Hoping the Bills Mafia site works because that would be easiest!
BringBackFergy Posted December 2, 2019 Posted December 2, 2019 You'll have a tough time watching the game while locked in a 1983 Datsun car trunk with duct tape over your mouth. 1 5

You can hop a taxi for $15 to a bar close to wherever you are staying. Playa Del Carmen will definitely have bars showing the games. I watched the SB there and have watched other games in the past. Puerto Adventuras and Puerto Morelos and Tulum also will have bars that show games. 6 hours ago, Ridgewaycynic2013 said: Watch your drink! ? Drink XXs or such from a bottle and you’ll be fine. 1 1
