I felt he should have not gone back shoulder (under-throw) but lay it out in front for him a little bit.. Only other Critique, for me anyway, was the singletary throw in the end zone at the end of a great drive that ended with a field goal. The one he threw low. Obviously he was great otherwise. BeastMaster Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Masterful performance. He was in complete command, and delivered when it was needed. Displayed poise, toughness, leadership, accuracy, and imposed his will. I need not say anything else
BuffaloBaumer Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Aplus no doubt...even the longer throws created pi
billsfan1959 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 A+ He is exactly the kind of QB I have wanted for this team for a long time. 1
webtoe Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 This is the type of game in which promising Bills teams and especially QBs have never lived up to, especially after going down early. This was a statement game and an A+ effort all around especially by Allen. 2
HomeskillitMoorman Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 (edited) A+. This might be the first time I've given him a better grade than you. Confident, decisive, and poised. I don't even know what the exact stats were and I don't care, that was a top quality QB'ed game. Edited November 29, 2019 by HomeskillitMoorman 1
947 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 The only mistake I can recall is when he took a sack for -5 on that bootleg play in the red zone, instead of throwing it out of the endzone. I still say A+.
Marvlevydraftdaygenius Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 This game proves that josh's wonderlic score was no fluke. Josh gets more credit than anyone else on offense today because josh's ability to read what dallas was doing defensively today everytime buffalo hurried up to the line of scrimmage josh saw what dallas was running he quickly audibles and tears the dallas defense alive. I don't know who figured this out about josh but hats off to them.

thebandit27 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 It's late on Thanksgiving night, and I've had a glass or two of vino, so forgive an increasingly sentimental dude for going here, but... My mom was a big Bills fan. She would've loved this kid. To the core. Watching him play, I continue to believe that there's something truly special in him. Here's hoping. Happy Thanksgiving all. 3 2
loveorhatembillsfan4life Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 I still have two throws that I think were absolutely awesome both incompletions due to really good coverage. The one to Knox and the downfield sideline throw to Foster I think. Great placement just defended well. 1
CNYfan Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 I am with you Bandit. When Josh said ,"we don't play for what people think we play because we love each other", I was so proud. This is a great time to be a Bill's fan 1
John from Riverside Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 A i would say a plus if he had 300 yards passing
GreggTX Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 I've doubted him as much as anyone, but he's starting to make a believer out of me. He's raising his completion rate. He's cut way down on turnovers and his 2 best games as an NFL QB have come in the last 3 weeks. That's some tasty crow! 2

He has accounted for 18 TDs and only 2 INTs since the New England game. By any measure those are some fantastic numbers. Allen doesn't have the TD passes because he is so good with his legs in the red zone that it steals TD passes that would boost his QB rating. He also continued his NFL leading active streak of accounting for at least 2 TDs in 8 straight games and broke the Bills franchise record today. Edited November 29, 2019 by matter2003 2
Formerly Allan in MD Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 He's previously had some weak As. Today he nailed it.
