Steptide Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 That fumble/pick up run for the first down by Allen was worth 300 yards alone 3 2 2
ILBillsfan Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Allen almost ten yards per attempt.......Care less about the 300 yard game take 70% completion percentage in the 8ypa range with a couple td's every game with no turnovers 1

Jerome007 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Oh I get why this thread was created. But let's not forget Josh is soooo inaccurate! 11 for 11 to start the 2nd half 2
DuckyBoys Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 wonder if Cowboys fans are tearing Dak apart for badly missing that easy flare pass to Zeke on 4th down 1
dakrider Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 The thing is Allen is much more efficient that most give him credit for. He hasn't really needed 300 yards. 2

Its what the OP wrote and Virgil agreed with. It’s a bad straw man and it’s embarrassing. Go Bills. You're basically right, but ***** it. Allen's 300 yd game will come. Then this will be a mute point.

RaoulDuke79 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 300 yards is an arbitrary meaningless number. 2

This is exactly right. If you need 300 yards to win it's likely because you weren't efficient enough early in the game. When you complete 79% of your passes at almost 10 yards per attempt and you finish drives with points, unless the other team does the same you're going to put them away. We ran out the entire 4th quarter. This is a game where Allen could have put up 300 if we needed it but his efficiency meant we didn't need it. 3
purple haze Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 There are definitely people on this board who mentioned 300 yard games as some sort of arbiter of Josh Allen's "success". Sure, he could throw for 300 and win, but it's not a necessity. As we have been seeing.
HOUSE Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 Great QBs with sideways throws, threading the needle on the run, high completion totals.... Wearing down the field between the two 20's doesn't impress me much
wagon127 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 30 point games are better then 300 yard passing games.
billsfan1959 Posted November 29, 2019 Posted November 29, 2019 When a QB throws the ball 49-50 times, he should have over 300 yards... 3

What would having a 300 yard passing game prove for Josh Allen that he didn’t prove with yesterday’s game?
