JESSEFEFFER Posted November 29, 2019 Author Posted November 29, 2019 Process has a point in a "glass half empty" kind of way. But why do some go to the trouble to travel to away games? That takes $$$ and effort but it's a blast to win on enemy turf and the team is on record as saying they appreciate the support. Why stay till the end and work their way to the lower bowl as the team exits the field to salute their team and thank them for their winning effort? Why cheer anything they do no matter where you are or what the circumstance? It's not like any nice play within the context of a game is a truly notable accomplishment. But we do those things because it shows the team that what they do matters to us. To make a special effort to express that should carry more weight. 2

I agree it's a huge game but having a ton of people show up to the airport would be embarrassing. not at this stage of their development, its like encouraging you're young child when he does well but as they get older you do it in other ways. i think the team would appreciate it today but not every game. 3

Would a few thousands Americans be more or less embarrassing for waiting for guys they bleed with emotionally? HMMM 1 1

In the TSA era is this still possible? This team effort deserves it. Agreed, it wasn’t unusual years ago to welcome the team back after a big win. Good to see some fans did this year. * As for TSA, all they would do is tell the fans ‘you ugly’. ? 6 hours ago, Buffalo716 said: We are the best If that was the Cowboys returning from a road game, Jones would have inserted himself into that welcome meant for a player. 1
