Next up would be Wade Phillips, 5 away. This year, he can bank another 8 wins . . . Let's hope McD breaks Marv's record of 112.

The top 4 are the only coaches in Bills history with a winning record. McDermott would be the 5th if he can keep it up. It's also telling the next group after McDermott in career wins are all from the drought years: Gregg Williams 17-31 Chan Gailey 16-32 Saint Doug 15-17 Rex Ryan 15-16 Mike Mularkey 14-18 Harvey Johnson, Jim Ringo and Hank Bullough combined to go 9-60-1. McDermott will be at #3 pretty soon... This is regular season wins only Levy has 11 playoff wins, Saban has 2 and Knox 1. Hopefully by next year!
Beast Posted November 25, 2019 Posted November 25, 2019 Dick Jauron actually wasn’t all that bad of a coach. He had some of the worst talent on his Bills teams that I’ve ever seen assembled. 1
