Albany,n.y. Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 ...and lost 29-3 while throwing 4 INTs. I'd rather have a QB who doesn't throw for 300 yards and leads the team to 37 points and a 17 point win than a guy who throws over 300 yards and loses by 26. 13 2 5 4
billsfan1959 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 He also threw the ball 50 times for those 325 yards..... 1
Warcodered Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 It's almost like the efficiency of the offense is more important than some arbitrary yardage number. 10 2 4 1
Hebert19 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I said it in many other threads. 300 yards means nothing... 7 1

Nuncha Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 He also threw 4 INT's and lost...so big deal.

K-9 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 Fitz threw for 300 yards and NONE of them had an impact on the final outcome. Unless we actually witness the full context of a QB's performance on any given day, then we really aren't in a position to make pronouncements one way or the other.

Wow, I didn't realize he threw for that many yards. Really didn't seem like it.

Its a lot easier when you can just dump the ball off for 2 and 3 yards to Mccaffrey 10 times a game and have him pick up 135 yards 1

Real McClappy Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 (edited) Not turning the ball over is huge. Josh has only 2 turnovers in the last 6 games. #therealALLEN Edited November 17, 2019 by Real McCoy

I am going to count both passing and rushing yards and so JA was clearly over 300 yards combined. Now I feel good about today!!
Awwufelloff Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 And Dak threw for 444 yards and 3tds and got the win. Everything in context. Allen is improving but made some terrible inaccurate throws today. He’s good against bad teams and really bad against good teams. Wait until the ravens and patriots games...
