That could be a career-ending injury.

Bo Jackson comes to mind.

Hope not for his sake, but dislocating your hip out the back of the pelvic cup can't be anything but horrific. :(

I’ve heard it’s incredibly painful. Hip is pretty important to a QB

With his injury history teams might shy away from him.

my Louisiana friend will ecstatic

I think that might be less true with rookie contracts capped the way they are. Used to matter a lot more when you had to sign rookies to high end contracts right out of the gate. However in this situation, he may not even be an option. Hip injuries are rare but very serious. It might be a couple years before he can play again.

I dont think they are worried about the money its whether he can play up to his abilities or not .

I was speaking in general terms. Minus this injury, it certainly would be a concern for NFL teams but I don't think it would've effected his draft position.

Oh man if the Bills are on the clock and he’s still on the board will probably be the most anxious 10 minutes of my life.  Would the Bills do it??

No.

They aren't picking QB round one.

Probably not rounds two or three either.

If Allen continues to not elevate our offense to the next step, a QB will be taken in the first 3 rounds.  If Tua is there...it’s going to be a wild 10 minutes.

I’d hope they’d seriously consider it. If anything, it could be an investment in the trade market the following year......or, maybe some team early in the second would want to trade up?

I guess we need to see the extent of his injury.
