He is one of the dumbest human beings on earth.  Like rock stupid.  He was an idiot in college, stupid browns still drafted him high, and he still screws up.  I don’t want this moron anywhere near this team.

We don't want you here, yet you are allowed to stay ?

Now the truth comes out. Popped again on the ole drug test. There's something about the Browns and WR's who continuously fail drug screenings.

He was a good deep threat last year.  Question is, who do you cut to bring him on board?  You can’t have 7 WR’s:

Beasley and Brown are 100% safe

Roberts is provably safe because they like him as a KR/PR

McKenzie is probably safe because he offers something different.

That leaves:

Foster or Williams

And then, who remains inactive?

Given the looming suspension it’s probably a moot point. I guess they could look at him in the offseason

well could Claim him and doesn’t change the Roster at all because he goes right to the suspended list.

If you are suspended but not on a team, do the games you miss count towards the suspension?

I believe the do. I will try to find proof

If a team is "one player away" from being a serious contender, it makes sense to take a gamble on a guy who is not very bright or lower in character but has a lot of talent.  The Bills are not "one player away," so adding a guy like this isn't going to move the needle much; plus, he's not a "process" type of guy.  So the Bills should take a pass.  And the 10 game suspension (and possible longer ban for a future offense) pretty much renders it moot anyway.

I didn’t think that they did...I thought they counted when you were on a roster
