You missed the Bills denial that they were in attendance.

He doesn't make the "product" better.

He's been out of football for THREE YEARS, and was cut for poor performance in his final season. But yeah, other than those small facts, sure.

So you want this team taking a shot on THAT GUY?

Pardon me if I don't take that take with any kind of seriousness.

It was a workout. I like that we sent someone out there to take a look. If he can help, sure. Kaep went to a superbowl. Politics don't bother me. I'm ex military and a former 1st responder and I'm not offended by Kaep, not one bit. The fact that you don't take my take seriously reinforces my statement that someone like you shouldn't be in a front office.

.....Ronald McDonald hit the limelight too early with his successes........then "tats 'n poses" became his focal point versus what the hell he was getting paid for.....opposing DC's eventually figured him out.....he and HE ALONE opted out of his Niners contract at $12+ mil.....he is the NFL's "Kardashian".....just go the eff away...good Lord.....and FWIW, I could care less about his political or social stances......he is not a good football player.....besides he looks like he's been at the gym with Benjamin....SMH........

what is that saying, all publicity is good publicity. As witnessed by a 15 page thread his antics ARE gaining he the attention he so covets and will only encourage he further to pull stunts like this. Of course he doesnt want to play any more he wants to embarrass the NFL AND himself at the same time..thats the way I see it. Shut the attention ***** down by ignoring his antics give him a big platform of ZERO attention he wants to continue to be relevant its OUR fault if we give him the attention he covets.

When will everyone learn that modern viral marketing isn’t simply trying to appeal to people but rather trying to invoke a response. I.e. how attack ads have replaced pro politician ads.

We’ve discovered that you're more likely to spend time taking a survey if you were pissed off than you would if you were satisfied.

Even Adam Schefter said he could help some teams out.

LOL...well, if Schefter said it.

Did Schefter also say he is better than starters around the league like I was specifically replying to?

Myself and many many others have fought for that choice. He does not need to shut up and perform for you. You need to respect his stand.

Yes many have fought for the freedoms that we all enjoy and I say thank you. I fought for those same rights.  So I believe that it gives me the right to completely ignore this jackass when ever I please.

Its comments like this that are part of the problem. You just want him to shut his mouth and perform for you, right? He should give up his First Amendment rights because you don't agree with his message, right? He has used his platform and influence to bring awareness to issues that are important to him at great personal and financial costs. I applaud that. I support him. And you know what....there is nothing legally saying anyone needs to stand for the National Anthem. We have a choice. Myself and many many others have fought for that choice. He does not need to shut up and perform for you. You need to respect his stand.

YES, it's what people do when they want to keep their jobs. I almost got fired even though i was a good worker but couldn't keep my mouth shut but i learned to shut up and do what i was told. Its called being a good employee.

He made his choice and expressed his first amendment rights and know he will suffer the consequences as the NFL expresses their right not to hire a malcontent who clearly just wants to continue his narrative of "oppression" .

and now i will express my first amendment right and say , I will not respect his stand nor your idiocy, you have the right to say what you want but that doesnt mean there wont be consequences.

Look all I can say at to this is that there is ZERO chance Buffalo signs this guy since the last time he was here he wasn’t too popular with the fans and he got booed heavily. Even Kaepernick said that The Buffalo fans were mean to him. Highly doubt he would come here anyways not like we need him

It’s weird how want equal rights for people is a bad thing.  I guess it’s much better to be an ignorant, judgmentAl, afraid of change boomer is much better.

Yeah, what is that person talking about? The nfl is the most outdated league in sports. Jerry Jones definitely would have owned slaves back in the day.  These players are pieces of meat who they won’t even guarantee their contracts.

Not weird to want equal rights. Who said that? Or are you talking about Colin?

Everyone is turning on Kaepernick. All his supporters that actually know football have all called him out for his behaviour on Saturday. He is done.

Sources: Jay-Z 'Disappointed' Colin Kaepernick Turned NFL Workout into 'Publicity Stunt'

Colin Kaepernick's unanticipated decision to change Saturday's planned NFL workout let down one of his biggest supporters: Jay-Z.

According to a source, the rapper-turned-businessman is "disappointed with Colin's actions and believes he turned a legitimate workout into a publicity stunt."

Kaepernick requested to shoot a Nike ad as a part of Saturday's workout, featuring the quarterback and mentioning all the NFL teams present at the workout. The NFL agreed, but Kaepernick informed the league of his decision to change the location of the workout on Saturday at 2:30 p.m., moving the event from the Falcons' practice facility to Charles R. Drew High School in Riverdale, Ga.

The location change dampened attendance, but a few NFL scouts reportedly followed Kaepernick to the new workout location. Hue Jackson, who was selected to lead the original NFL workout, backed out and returned to the airport.

The NFL workout, originally scheduled for 3 p.m., was designed to showcase Kapernick and provide the exiled quarterback an opportunity to display his football readiness and desire to return to the NFL. Kaepernick threw to a host of receivers and proved that he still has the talent to play.

"From the outset, Mr. Kaepernick requested a legitimate process and from the outset the NFL league office has not provided one," his agent, Jeff Nalley, and attorney, Ben Meiselas, said in a statement. "Most recently, the NFL has demanded that as a precondition to the workout, Mr. Kaepernick sign an unusual liability waiver that addresses employment-related issues and rejected the standard liability waiver from physical injury proposed by Mr. Kaepernick's representatives."

Jay-Z has been vocal in support of Kaepernick, who has gone unsigned since the end of the 2016 NFL season. That support was called into question before the start of the NFL season, when the NFL and Jay-Z formed a partnership that allows him to help manage entertainment ventures, including the Super Bowl halftime show, and help manage the league’s community activism efforts.

In a news conference to announce the deal, Jay-Z said, “I think we’ve moved past kneeling. I think it’s time to go on to actionable items,“ sparking widespread backlash. But reports surfaced this week that Jay-Z had been working behind the scenes to help influence the NFL to set up Saturday's workout.

Kaepernick has not played in the NFL since Jan. 1, 2017. He opted out of his contract with the 49ers in March 2017 and has not tried out for an NFL team since becoming a free agent.

"I've been in shape and ready for this for 3 years, can't wait to see the head coaches and GMs on Saturday," Kaepernick tweeted about the workout on Tuesday.
