Apparently he's a school teacher now or something. I don't care and the articles only dredge up bad memories...it's pathetic and my uncle is still apologetic about the whole ordeal...like he had something to do with it. Please tell your uncle to give himself a break. Maybin had a good college career...sometimes you miss on a 1st rounder.

BuffaloBillyG Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Dareus would take one hit off anything offered. 1

Well, Fitzy exploded all right, just not the way that Wilson and Brandon thought he would. The other teams that signed Fitzy knew what they were getting but felt he was worth it. I'm sure that's how the Fins and their fans feel. Really? He started for 6 more teams since then...
Formerly Allan in MD Posted November 16, 2019 Posted November 16, 2019 Whenever Terry Miller would do something significant the call went out "It's Miller Time." But my beer was better.

Helpmenow Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I thought this was for every team not just the bills 1
LSHMEAB Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I think you'd have to throw EJ Gaines name into the ring. I remember people expecting L's during that 2017 season because Gaines was out. While there was an odd disparity in the teams performance, the extrapolation that one DECENT corner made that type of impact is not really logical. Nice player, but folks got carried away with his importance.

njbuff Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 Robb Riddick was a TD machine in 1988, scoring 15 TD’s (much of the 1 yard variety). He did nothing before or after 1988.
BillsShredder83 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 What a 1-2 duo Karlos and Singletary could've theoretically made. Damn coulda been a version of CJ2K and Lendale White

Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 They should do a similar list for coaches and GMs.
Bing Bong Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 (edited) I'd have Dante Hall for the Chiefs. Not a fan of the list. Tebow wasn't even a wonder for one year. How many quarterbacks have gone 7-4?? Edited November 17, 2019 by BarkleyForGOATBackupPT5P

AlCowlingsTaxiService Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 Mike Gillislee comes to mind immediately ...
Bob in STL Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 (edited) Terry Miller was the first name to come to mind. We had several players that started excellent, got injured, and never played the same. Dennis Shaw was the Offensive Rookie of the Year, then playing for some really horrible teams. He became a journeyman and faded away to oblivion. Edited April 12, 2020 by Bob in STL
