I’d be shocked if he’s productive enough to be an upgrade after this long

if he is I’d have no problem.

What's he going to produce at that dog and pony show?

Rather get Gabbert.

Kaep is a poo poo head

Gabbert created "protester" Kaepernick...

The way he came out of the gates I though he was going to be a star for a decade or so.  I could see Seattle signing him.  He has to be an upgrade over Geno Smith.

I wonder if he put some weight back on. He got really skinny even when he was still on a roster up at the end there.

It's hilarious to see the raw HATE for Kaepernick here, despite him being pretty much the same thing as Josh Allen.

Big, hugely talented, great runner, not a particularly good passer.

I would certainly hope the Bills attend his practice on Saturday.

We are far, far away from being set at QB.

We should pursue all options until we are set.

It's hilarious seeing the raw LOVE for Kaepernick here, despite the fact that he hasn't played in 3 years and is basically a tall Tyrod Taylor

It will be very entertaining if any team even considers signing him. Complete chaos. ? ? ?

When is this dude going to realize that backup players don't get to cause elite headaches for teams? He will never be employed in the NFL again and its because he isn't good enough for any team to deal with the baggage he brings along with him not because he couldn't be a good backup/spot starter.

But for that baggage he better have Patrick Mahomes talent and clearly he doesn't.

Mods, mercy kill this thread now!

Why, b/c it dares to discuss something you personally don't want to discuss?

You know, you could just go on with your life and not respond to everything you disagree with.

The media frenzy surrounding any team that sighed him would be unbelievable.  I just can’t see it.

Everyone keeps saying this; I think that is totally overplayed.

The frenzy would fade quickly anyway, if it did exist.

he could be one of the best back up QBs in the league, and good for a couple of starts, it’s not like the NFL has a plethora of great QBs now.... lots of underserved negativity towards Kap.

Who cares? He is done. He better have the best suits in the room. Could be a ploy to prove there is collusion, especially when no one shows up.

This is fantastic news.  Would he be even a top 20 QB?  No.  But look around the league.  He's a top 32 guy.  More importantly, I'd love to see the ridiculous collusion/blackballing go away.

And no .... I don't want him on the Bills.  But he belongs in the NFL.

Go Kaep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

If you think’ he’s just like Josh Allen, why bring him in ? What good is an older Allen with no potential to improve ? Pursue other options than Kaep.

So he’s been sitting around for 3 years and he’s a top 32 QB?
