BTW, the longer Rep. Pelosi withholds articles of impeachment, the dumber House Dems' decision not to seek court orders to compel witness testimony.

The theory was that would take too long, and the trial would end up eating into election season.

Sure, now that he knows he won't get a subpoena

Bolton says he would testify if subpoenaed by the Senate

John Bolton's attorney had said the former national security adviser would be guided by the courts on whether to testify in the impeachment proceedings. But Bolton said a judicial resolution appears unlikely before a trial, and ”if the Senate issues a subpoena for my testimony, I am prepared to testify.”

Wait. So am I to understand even Dems are starting to recognize how much they've lost as a result of the impeachment effort?

Am I to understand even Dems realize that they are handing 2020 to Trump with a big pussyhatbowtie on top?

Yeesh. Just when you though the left couldn't FUBAR their status any further.
