Might have made sense in hindsight when the established vet can barely get the distance to hit from 50 yards now...that's unacceptable for an NFL kicker.

He has demonstrated patience with Smith, Boho, tj yeldon, Hauschka etc. Its a different way of doing things to a belichek, zimmer etc. At 6-3 OK.
