Well some of the concerns are real. But where I agree with you is for the negative ones that allow criticize every coaching or Allen mistake, that seem to expect perfection. Stop just watching highlights! Other teams and players make all sorts of mistakes too!

No one is apologizing for it. But they lost to the only two teams that are 0.500 or better. Until the beat a quality opponent none of us will know how good they truly are. Dallas, Baltimore, Patriots, and even the Steelers' games will be the real barometers....until the playoffs start

So much doom and gloom for a 6-2 team.  Enjoy it.  It has been 25 freaking years.  I watch a lot of other games.  Too many.  I then watch highlights of the games I miss during midnight feedings.  So I wanted to put some things in one thread game by game to show you that you can actually enjoy the success.

You can't fix stupid ...

Josh Allen  10 TD's 7 INT's sucks in Dabol's offense

BUT these guys are good

Tainted Tom has 14 TD's 5 INT's

Lamar Jackson has 12 TD's 5 INT's

Jimmy Porn Star G  has 13 TD's 7 INT's

Jarred Goff has 11 TD's 7 INT's

PSSST Josh missed time because NE*** took him out of the game to stop a comeback

Great post. I feel the same. It's fun to win games, no matter "how" they do it. There are probably some younger posters here who started following after the team went downhill and are now not ready to accept winning yet. It needs to be a certain style, like a video game.

THANK YOU.

I won’t come on the boards after a loss for a few days until all the doom & gloom posts get stale. I know we have areas we can improve, and we won’t win every single game, but all that matters is we win when we can, however we can, and enjoy the ride. No team is invincible - all we need to focus on is being the better team one Sunday at a time. We haven’t been this good (or lucky if you want to go that route) in a long time. Trust the dang process and let the team grow week to week.

I hear you.

The GDT's are OK, just as the SB is.   BUT even with a victory there are too many bipolar attitudes flowing to make it enjoyable

Some fans are just wired different. I can't just "sit and enjoy." It isn't in my nature. I have to analyse - good or bad. I have to understand why. I watch most NFL games most weeks and I can't just sit and enjoy those either. Some people enjoy sport that way and that is fine. I can't I have to get under the skin of it. That is what I get my enjoyment from. Doesn't make me any less of a fan. I love that the Bills are 6-2. I hated the loss to the Eagles, really hated it. I hate the Eagles more than the Patriots. But I am not going to sit and passively make excuses for the Bills when they are bad. I am going to try and work our why and call it how I see it.

Yeah, I watch every game and I'm only a little worried.

A positive thought is that the Bills have strong character and you need strong character to maintain success in this league.

It's the difference between teams falling apart (Jets, Browns) and teams staying in the fight (Steelers, Eagles). The Bills may win or lose to these teams on any given Sunday, but it's not going to take take them off course.

They're still finding their identity as a team, still figuring things out on offense especially since they had a lot of roster turnover and have a young QB at the helm. I'd rather they go through more "growing pains" and coming together while winning games than while losing them. And yeah, there are legitimate criticisms you can point out, but you also have to temper expectations. If Josh Allen doesn't go out there and throw for 350 and 4 TDs a week, some people are gonna think he's a bust. If Tremaine Edmunds doesn't rack up 27 tackles, 4 sacks and 2 INTs, he a bum! Some people just have their expectations dialed up to astronomical levels. And in tempering expectations comes the realization that you're gonna have to live with mistakes and bad plays because they're gonna happen. Happens to every single team. It is getting a bit old to watch them win on Sunday only to see all the articles on Monday being about, "Yeah they won, BUT, Player A did NOT do this, therefore this win is hollow."

If the bills are 10-2 by the time I'm stuffing down pie, and making myself left over turkey sandwiches on November 28th, People will start respecting this team....

you show me the slate of 16 (or so) games each week and you'd have to pay me at least $500 to bother watching a quarter of at least 13 of them.

it's painful to feel so apathetic to almost all the games every week

Sometimes I think a lot of folks on this board measure every game against the 1991 AFC Championship game. Like it's not a convincing win unless it's 51-3.

It really is incredible when you look around the NFL.  Here is some more did you knows:

The Bills old man rushing attack currently is the 11th ranked rushing attack.

The Bills score more points per game than the Minshew mania led Jaguars and the OBJ/Landry/Mayfield/Chubb Browns.

The Bills have more passing tds than super rookie sensation Kyler Murray's Cardinals.

The Bills are 1 of 3 teams giving up less than 300 ypg on defense, less than 200 yards passing per game, and less than 17 ppg.  The Patriots and Niners are the other 2 teams that accomplish that feat.

I think it comes from the fact that the majority of games that Bills fans watch are one of two teams.  First and most obvious, Bills fans watch Bills games.  Second most watched are the Patriots.  The Patriots style of winning games typically results in dominating nearly all 60 minutes.  So us Bills fan are likely comparing the Bills winning style to the biggest outlier in the history of the NFL.
