4_kidd_4 Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Peter Gabriel era Genesis or that awful 80’s schlock Genesis? Oh. Nevermind. 1
DC Tom Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Thanks, ESPN, but you still have a Booger McFarland problem. 6 2 1

YoloinOhio Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 It wasn’t on last week either. I kind of liked making fun of it 1
Royale with Cheese Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 That sucks! I was looking forward to Nickelback's Halftime show! 1
atlbillsfan1975 Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Good, they were terrible and I was uncomfortable lying to my in-laws about the meaning for the song that went ‘if I hit it two times...’. 1
Lurker Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Better hurry up and archive their last video. I'm sure it will be a collector's item someday...
TheFunPolice Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 I never understood the concept of playing music videos during halftime 2
Flip Johnson Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 The MNF broadcast has gotten so bad - the Tessitore-McFarland booth has to be the all time low.

SydneyBillsFan Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Why are people constantly shitcanning Booger? I think he is a good analyst. 1 1 1

He can break down plays instantly and explain them in a way even my wife can understand, which is freaking amazing. He may not have the most soothing voice or talking style, but he makes up with it with knowledge and articulation imo. He is one of my favs at this point. 1
skibum Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 I think it's also high time they got a new opening theme. They have been riding that same crappy Hank Jr. thing since the mid-'90's. They should commission Hank 3 to do a new song.
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 Who knew?? I have not watched more than 30 minutes of MNF all season
dpberr Posted November 5, 2019 Posted November 5, 2019 I never understood why they were all shot in B&W. The entire MNF experience needs a reboot from top to bottom. Everything about it is stale. The format itself is over 40 years old. Just like WPIX's yule log on Christmas morning, ABC should try MNF without any announcers or commentary. I'd suspect it'd be a ratings explosion. I think with current technology in camera angles and on-screen graphics, it'd fare better than the previous experiment with it in 1980. Monday night games - coaches should wear suits. 1
