thanks! I may look into this too.

the other idea I had was to try a chiropractor— which I have never went to before in my life.

I’ve been to chiropractors. Not a huge fan. They CAN get bones back in line. It seems like a relief initially, and those “CRACKS” get your attention. The problem is the muscles are tight and yanking and will pull them back again. I prefer massage (and heat) to get to the underlying problem. But maybe others have had a different experience.

Are you hitting on me?

I’m sure that’s too long of a line for me to join.

I had one of those for the first time last weekend. They had 22 or 24 oz cans at the casino and my wife didn't want the whole thing. They aren't bad actually. I could see how they could get you in trouble. I think it was raspberry or some flavor like that.

Since I put vanilla creamer in my coffee...I can't make jokes about White Claw.

My right jaw has been stiff and sore on a pretty consistent basis for probably about a year or two now. It never truly gets locked up, but every once in awhile, I'll go to open my mouth and it'll feel like something broke for a split second on its way open, like it was locked for just a millisecond and then broke free. This week has been especially bad. I'm finally going to see a dentist on Monday; hopefully if they can't do anything about it, they might at least be able to help identify the issue and point me in the right direction.

sounds like TMJ, tons of info on the web

 a month ago it started when sleeping on my side, the “slide back into place” is less painful than a week ago but still no fun.

now it happens any darn time while going about my day

not much they can really do, some exercises, don’t aggravate it with hard foods or gum chewing

let me know what happens

My nose.  It’s been bleeding all day.  Just blew my nose and it looks like a tampon.

Why do you have so many problems? You seem to lead an active life from what I can tell. MMA isnt for slouches. When's the last time you had full physical?
