You'd be crazy if you didn't let Josh's career pan out. You never know what he'll turn out to be, but he's absolutely good enough to keep him around to find out.

Depends on what else is available. Those stats put me in the same place as Bortles, Winston, Mariota, etc. You could do worse, but should you?

These are Eli Manning's first 4 years. He won the Super Bowl the next year.

I've never had any luck reading charts like that on these forums

I had to turn my phone sideways and it worked better. Vertical it looks like numbers in a blender.

I am voting yes because though I can’t read the chart the book was and remains Allen has growth to make but has a high ceiling.

That still seems like too long ago to be comparable. And that was before the wage scale, so they were much more financially committed. He was on a 6 year contract as a rookie.

I'm not gonna vote because those won't be the types of stats he is consistently putting up by year 4.

Guess who's stats these are below after 16 games. Note the 2nd QB on the list, that was after his 3rd year of starting. QB #3 was his 2nd full year as a starter.

16 16 326 575 56.7 3,739 6.5 26 28 22 109 71.2 15 62 4.1 0 3 1

15 15 280 469 59.7 3,513 7.5 18 23 46 280 75.4 32 98 3.1 2 5 2

16

522 318 60.9 32.6 3,303 6.3 206.4 19 3.6 24 4.6 66T 37 5 30 199 72.2

I'm sure I could continue on, but the people who love to find reasons to hate Josh Allen despite the improvement he is showing on the field will continue to hate Josh Allen despite the improvement he is showing on the field.

The Bills will have to decide on his 5th year option after year 3. Anyway, the TD to INT ratio doesn’t look good , and the completion % is too low as well. They’d probably be looking for some competition at the very least.

If you can have a strong defense and running game those numbers are fine. If its going to cost you between 28- 32 million per. I would move on.

Eli had some lucky throws to help the Giants win the two Superbowls.  However, the Giants Dline played a big roll in limiting Brady and Co.
