MAJBobby Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Let me start off by saying not a chicken little thread and I know that we are 5-2 and still have a favorable schedule to get to the playoffs. But that also goes to what I am about to say. Let’s say the Bills do not right the ship. If this season goes like seasons in the past of collapsing down the stretch after a 5-1 now 5-2 start does McD survive? With all the talk of the DNA and Standards and Process you you think McD survives a Bills collapse? BTW add another Blowout loss to the McD resume. 4 19 1
george c Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 (edited) Oh brother.ll here comes the bandwagon fans who want instant super bowls . Do you want to become the Browns? Of course we stick with this group..for the next foreseeable future. We need more talent, and it’s coming through the draft.. Edited October 28, 2019 by George C 2 1 2
Coach Tuesday Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 If they end up 5-11, no he probably doesn't. Otherwise, yes. 9 2 1
Luka Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 McDermott is fine, he just needs to fire that waste of space OC. 12 1 1
HeHateMe Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 He needs to remove Dabol. Allen will be stunted in this offense. 7 1 1
May Day 10 Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 The only way he doesnt is if he voluntarily leaves. 1 1
teef Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 he'll survive. something pretty severe would have to happen to put him on the hot seat. as bad as yesterday was, i'm hoping it was an outlier for this year. 2
ProcessYaDigg Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I think you're overreacting to this loss. Yes, it was an ugly loss. Yes, critics are gonna be critical of the Bills like they always are. Each week is different and timing really is everything when you play a team. We happened to play Philly at a time when they were desperate. When the season started, they were regarded as a top team in the NFC. I think that's still the case. Their record isn't indicative to the team that they are. We lost to a good team who outplayed us yesterday and who were hungry from a bad loss a week prior. McD has been saying that they still have a lot of room to grow. So yes, he will survive this season. There's still a lot of football to be played. Just relax. McD isn't going anywhere. 1 1
apuszczalowski Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 He will definitely survive this year unless they get blown out of every remaining game they have this year. But yesterday wasn't some outlier, it's what we have seen from them all year except it wasn't against a bad team so they couldnt just come back at the end.

Add another when they play Dallas because that game will be a bloodbath.
youngjebrey Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 *Bills lose one game* “DoEs McD SuRvIvE tHiS yEaR?” 2 4
bdutton Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 We will be 6-2 at this time next week. No worries about what the fate of the HC is now.

SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 pleased with all due respect stop this silliness. 2
One Buffalo Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 McDermott is in the conversation around the league for coach of the year (way too early I know), and after one bad loss we are talking about kicking him to the curb? Wow... 2

Their failure is his responsibility too. 7 minutes ago, George C said: Oh brother.ll here comes the bandwagon fans who want instant super bowls . Do you want to become the Browns? Complete teardowns might turn out to be a mistake. I don't think he loses his job, but I think some of that is because of the schedule. 1
SlimShady'sSpaceForce Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 Christ man, the Bills had 3 or 4 blowouts by this time last season. ONE in 7 weeks is a HUGE improvement 2
