CincyBillsFan Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Okay I can't help myself but I'm getting another case of schadenfreude! When Allen came out of the locker room he hit on 6 - 6 passes for 69 yards and scored the TD in driving the Bills 75 yards to cut NE's lead to 13 -10. Darnold came out of the locker room and threw a terrible INT. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm 2 1
Kelly the Dog Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 The Jets went into this game thinking they need to get more help for Darnold and came out of it needing more professional help for Darnold. 1 2 1
Putin Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Looks like Peterman's record may be in jeopardy
mannc Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Imagine Peterman-level performance from a guy for whom you traded three second round picks to move from 6 to 3 overall...
IDBillzFan Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 I think Booger just said Myers is slowly gaining Brady's* crust.
CEN-CAL17 Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 As much as New England has blitzed on 3rd down, there’s huge opportunities for big run plays if they would just audible

Yeah, Allen was terrible against New England, but he was at least playing QB. Darnold looks like he’s trying to help New England field fly balls for baseball season. 2

They could play this version of the Jets each week and those numbers would still be insanely impressive. They also haven't played a competent offense yet either. Not taking anything away from them, but I wanna see them against some real offenses
Big Blitz Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 For 20 years we've been in the same division against the greatest coach and greatest QB of all time. But we're going to disect, nitpick, micro analyze, and complain about every win in the middle of a 5-1 season. Yea can't do it. Life is too short folks. Enjoy the Ws. Enjoy the ride. Let's shock the world in January. Maybe we're the 2001 Patriots. 3

One or two bad games as young QB won't tell the tale for either. Josh never looked nearly this lost. This guy is toast...
Kelly the Dog Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Other NFL players apparently do not want calls to go their way, just Tom Brady.
Royale with Cheese Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 I don't understand why not a quick slant in an all out blitz. You don't have time for a ball down the field. Let your WR make a play.... 1
Warcodered Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Just now, YoloinOhio said: I wouldn't worry about that pillar of digression Adam Gase.
Happy Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 1 minute ago, YoloinOhio said: Interesting. For argument's sake, let's say Gase trades Sam Darnold after this season...who is Gase's QB of choice?
Bubba Gump Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Sam Darnold post game interview? That should go over well.

Just because the Pats blitzed 86 times in a row in this situation does not in any way imply they are going to do it ever again. 1
