The Red King Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 Our bye seems to be coming at a perfect time. 4-1, an emotional win, and a number of banged-up players. I can't remember a better-timed bye week for the Bills, but I could be wrong. Am I missing one? 10 1

goldenboy81 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) I agree.. Need this bye to get healthy and got some winnable games coming up Edited October 6, 2019 by goldenboy81
Nuncha Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 Hope they can all come back and no serious injuries. Milano's hamstring could be an issue for a while unfortunately.

Other than winning the division title and sitting out the wild card games, this seems like the best timed one. 1
Happy Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 The bye is what this team needs right now. Only downside is that it is still early and they need to stay healthy the rest of the season. 1
ProcessAccepted Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 When the schedule was first announced I hated having the bye so early. This is the perfect time, I can't remember a better timing. Tough game today, it was impressive how well the team adjusted, especially the O-Line 2

If banking on the playoffs, it’s a long time to go without a break from this early. And getting healthy late in the year is nice.
Just Joshin' Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 It almost always seems to be a good time. Dependent on injury report, this may be timely. Would rather play fins next week.
Matt_In_NH Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 No. I mean I know why you are saying that with some injuries today. But after another 5 weeks they will be banged up again with 6 games to play And no bye.
nedboy7 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 I have this bye as a bust. Time to sit him down!

BillsSbSoon Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) I like them later but after today it has come at the perfect time really. Its hard to argue against that. half the oline went out and then milano and murphy. We need the rest right now Edited October 6, 2019 by BillsSbSoon

So an early bye allows those to heal.
John from Riverside Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 I think this was a great time for us......we get Devin S. back after the bye which is a huge part of this offense.....he gives you the ability to keep Gore fresh.....it keeps Yeldon and his turnovers off the field....Foster will be ack....lots of guys got nicked up today. 1
Rocket94 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 (edited) Excellent timing for a bye week. Get the team mentally and physically restored, and take inventory of the first six games. Just regroup and enjoy the "hangover" Edited October 6, 2019 by Rocket94
Conlan58 Posted October 6, 2019 Posted October 6, 2019 I think even with all the injuries this is a team that could beat the dolphins and head into the bye at 5-1... 1

Yeah rather be 5-1 with the bye. I can't see losing to the Dolphins. The Eagles game would be better to face with the break before hand
