If you don't want to count today as a 4th quarter comeback, then he has 4. too many int's, but a gutsy performance time and time again.  Question is, how would you say Josh is doing after 16 games as a starter? Is he The Man moving forward??

He is winning games, he is learning as he goes, and he can get a team to rally behind him. He makes mistakes, but makes plays when they matter.

He is everything we thought he would be (if not more), and I’m excited to see him grow. We knew he was going to take time, and he’s done what he needs to do.

he has a winner’s mindset, and has embraced Buffalo. Love the dude. He’ll get where he needs to be.

Shows a lot of promise and a high ceiling.  Still has some bad habits to get rid of, which I suspect he will; not sure how long that will take.

He can’t continue throwing picks when he doesn’t have to. He was very accurate today and decisive. Loved how he attempted to slide. He proved he can do it.

He’s shown that he’s clutch. He’s shown he can be accurate with the ball. His drive to win is endless. He’s a leader.

I’m all in and so happy that he’s a Bill!

I was so PO'ed at him when he threw the INT, but he found a way to persevere today. He's made a habit out of that. So, there is that.

He is by far a finished product and shows much potential.  He also shows that he could be a disappointment.  I am more invested on the plus side than the negative.

I'm very confident.  He will always make mistakes with his aggressive play, but I do think he will limit them more as time goes on from simply learning from the ones he is making now, obviously he makes quite a few, but I would like to thing that every 3 int he throws, he learns not to throw 1 of those going forward, and the progression continues
