SC BIlls Fan Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 I was screaming for Mcdermit to call a time out. I noticed both gunners uncovered and saw they were going for the block. Even with a better snap I think it still would have been blocked 3 1
atlbillsfan1975 Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 If they are going to keep guys like DiMarco on this team they better know who to block. You can be a ‘process guy’ but if you do not do your job the real talent won’t listen.
Guest K-GunJimKelly12 Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 That was pretty bad. I can't remember the last time I saw such an easy blocked punt in the NFL.
Brand J Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Don’t think Bodork saw it since he was focused on the low snap, but whenever a blocker abandons all responsibility on the outside like that, you’d like to see a pass to the gunner, or a swift run around the corner. At the VERY least, you gotta motion the gunner in for added protection. 1
Kelly the Dog Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Bojo is slow to get punts off. It was a bad snap and that combo made the block possible. He had two excellent punts to the five but another poor one late. The thing is you want your punter to be consistent. You don't want a guy that averages 45 yards with a 65 and then a 25. We need better. 6
Buffalo Barbarian Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 This was the deciding play in the game when its all said done. 3 1 1
colin Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Pats being smarter found a weakness in our punt formation, and we didn't recognize it. That cost us the game. Dimarko, Lee Smith, the punter, and zay Jones are all wood and need to be upgraded stat. I also think we need help at OT 5
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 They then shifted over to the right and had a 5-3 (outnumbered). Looked like something they got from watching tape, how we'd react. Our ST staff got smacked. 5
JoPar_v2 Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Looked like a low snap as kelly said but it wasn’t horrendous. He didn’t skip it to him. Great punters still get that off in ideal situations. Obviously the blocking was a problem as well. Curious to look back and see how that guy got in there. I’m sure some of you eagle-eyed posters already know. 2 minutes ago, Buffalo Barbarian said: This was the deciding play in the game when its all said done. Not an understatement considering how the defense played. 1
Buffalo Junction Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Moorman pulls it down and gets a 1st.....?♂️ 2 2

The 9 Isles Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Forever mediocre. Face it people this team will never be an upper echelon team. The sooner you accept it the happier you will be.
Big Turk Posted September 29, 2019 Posted September 29, 2019 Why didnt they just throw it to the wide open guy? 1

Watch out. 6 1

This is peak Jags game where we couldn't score. They have maybe a Bengals ceiling right now. 1

You are wrong, we almost beat the best team in the league, we are top four in the conference and its only going to get better as these young players learn and get experience. 2

This D is legit and top 3 in the league. Even though the offense and special teams stunk today, we still had a chance at the end because of the D. 3 1
