Are there stats on which teams have the most flags picked up?

I get that pass to Brown probably wasn't catchable but shouldn't it have at least been defensive holding?? 

 

Edit: if Josh is even remotely on target there we probably score a TD. Instead we now have a long FGA because he's also too green to know we need to keep an extra guy in on 3rd down. WTF.
