The line is giving him plenty of time. 

 

That sack that was called back on a penalty showed me he's scared. There's never been a more obvious all out blitz, and he held onto the ball like there was no rush whatsoever. 

 

No urgency. 

 

And another dumb interception after having all the time in the world to throw. This isn't a good sign.
