Over 29 years of fanhood Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 (edited) Well So, I’m playing a madden game, that turned into..... “Play the bills schedule next week?” So I did and, after beating the patriots 37-24 and while the next game was loading on the tv screen, I see the message pop up under Josh’s picture, in the subject. ? Crazy to even see that and hes already this good. And climbing Edited September 28, 2019 by Over 29 years of fanhood 1 1

It means that Allen has played so few games for the team that he is still eligible for the team's practice squad. That's how few reps under fire he's had, and he's already improved this much. 2 6

Chill Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 Does playing video games make you an athlete? 3
JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 Figuratively, he is still a rookie. I think he played 12 games last year + 3 so far this year = 15 games. not even a full season yet. His second season starts after the bye.
Augie Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 I’m glad I don’t play Madden. I have enough problems! 4 6 1
StHustle Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 So is like half the Bills roster...guess I'm missing the humor here. Sunday please hurry... 2 1

You know what's interesting...almost all the Madden champions look like they could be athletes. In fact...most video game champions I ever see aren't overweight slobs which is interesting considering how often they must be sitting their playing video games and how such a huge portion of our population is fat regardless of occupation or hobby.
justnzane Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 (edited) ... and generalissimo francisco franco is still dead Seriously any player with 2 years or less is practice squad eligible. So, this is one of the most pointless threads in the history of the board, which says a lot considering the days of crayonz posting. Edited September 28, 2019 by justnzane 1

VW82 Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 Let’s wait until after NE before calling him up. Barkley got us.

I think it may be because when some of them are playing these games and are so into it for so many hours they don't tend to eat. It's getting like that with my son sometimes anyways. He will get so into his games he will forget to eat. I literally have to remind him sometimes, "hey aren't you hungry yet?" And "you need to eat something". I don't know but I've gotten to the point where I'm now forcing him to find other things to do sometimes because he invests wayyyyy too much time into these games. I imagine that's just some people though, some probably over eat while playing maybe. Anyways, that's my opinion. 1 1
MJS Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 He's in the beginning of his 2nd season. Of course he is practice squad eligible. 1
LeGOATski Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 This feels like a good time to bring up Christian Wade. Remember him? He's super good. 1
GunnerBill Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 Good. Let's cut him. I am sure he will sneak through waivers. We can replace him with Joe Webb. I miss his package. 2
