Kwai San Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 Good article. Nice to see others are seeing what I think I am seeing. Allen IS passing the eye test.
Kelly the Dog Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 (edited) IMO that is a horrible example the writer used to say he holds the ball too long. Holmes runs a slow uncrisp route. The ball was there just after Holmes was ready to catch it, maybe a split second late. It wasn't much more if any than two seconds when he threw it and it was on target. He didnt at all look like he was waiting too long, he was waiting for Holmes to turn for the ball because it was a 6-7 yard pass and got there immediately. That's not a pass you can throw before the receiver looks, he'd never catch it. Edited September 26, 2019 by Kelly the Dog
Kelly the Dog Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 Granted, it's a pretty good article.

Utah John Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 When you watch plays like this, the OPEN receiver has about two feet of space to himself, and the QB still gets it there. Professional athletes, man. And we just expect that level of performance, every time. 1

Bookie Man Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 Such an improved passer from last season. Imagine year 3 and beyond. Good things ahead.
