mykidsdad Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 Sounds like respect from Mike Lombardi aired NE Sports Network. Could we be turning the corner? is this 1988 again? 2 1 2
billsfan1959 Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 He clearly hasn't heard how the Bills miraculously escaped with wins against the three worst teams of all time... 2

And if Marv knew how to coach offensive football, the Bills could have actually WON the SB before their time, like the Niners did in 1981.
BubbaT Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 I would argue the Bills secondary is the strength of the defense and has been for 2+ years but who am I to argue with Mike Lombardi 2 1
Utah John Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 I keep thinking the Bills have been holding back on offense. Where have the deep passes been? I am hoping they have been holding back so the Patriots won't have tape on how they run those plays. It would be a shame if the Bills speed receivers never get a chance to go deep. And if they don't stretch the field, DBs will sit on short routes. 1

Yeah, I was just wondering that same thing the other day...but they did show the brilliant TE jet sweep....seriously how often have you seen that? 1

Stank_Nasty Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 I love how everyone forgets that one of the few teams that's had an easier schedule than the bills has been the pats.... why is it that its only brought up about the bills?

No doubt....there was that cutesy play last week that completely bombed. Oh yeah..happy birthday bastard, you're older than me! 1

It may. IF the Bills win the realization has to come upfront.

atlbillsfan1975 Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 i got to disagree with Lombardi on the Dline of the Bills being the strength. The Bills have arguably the best safety tandem in the league. Tre is a true number one corner. The backend of this D is as good of not better than the front end.
