He wasn’t just working in US interest to get rid of that Kremlin backed scum bag, but in the interest of the free world, the world bank etc. And that demand was made in our interest, not the political interest of a single person

If he was such a scumbag, why didn't Ukraine fire him without the threat of the money being withheld?

Good question

Australia is a part of the FISA abuse investigation.

Has been since 2017. That Barr is talking to them, is not news.

The spin being applied is more proof they're terrified of what's in the report.

"THIS TIME WE REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, GOT HIM!"

The tiger trap!

So it’s your position that trying to find out if the current polling leader (as you regularly cite) is actually on the take for his own family members isn’t in the best interest of the nation? Really? This gives don’t ask, don’t tell a whole new meaning. Hilarious Tibs!

Oh, find out whatever you can, legally. But extorting foreign powers is wrong, illegal and unAmerican.

Biden investigation deemed him innocent. For argument's sake, let's say that conclusion is wrong.

It doesn't change the irrefutable fact that Trump has now been shown to have committed multiple impeachable acts. Today shows that Pompeo either turns on Trump or goes down, too.

Rudy is in even more trouble.

Now, Barr has to decide what to do.

Senate Republicans still might not convict, but my guess is that enough of them will turn when they think it is safer to turn than not.

Only the willfully ignorant and traitors will be left supporting Trump when the dust settles.

My greatest fear is now that Trump will do literally anything to stay in power. Perhaps starting a war with Iran?

There was no investigation. You're already wrong/pushing false information.

This is nonsense. Impeachment is a political affair, they can impeach for anything they wish.

There's no evidence of illegal acts. And Pompeo is not in danger

What law did Rudy break again?

Barr will keep doing what he's been doing. Investigating the coup.

Never gonna happen.

2016: "HE COLLUDED WITH RUSSIA! HE'S A TRAITOR!"

2017: "Mueller's coming! JUST WAIT! THAT'LL GET HIM!"

2018: "Trump's REALLY done now! MUELLER'S COMING!"

2019: "... Forget Mueller -- here comes UKRAINE! THIS TIME WE REALLY REALLY REALLY GOT HIM!"

(Aren't you tired of falling for the same story without evidence -- over and over again?)

You mean, like launching an illegal coup using the FBI, CIA, and powers of the White House to resist the will of the people?

...Kinda like the events of 2016 you ignored?

THIS TIME WE REALLY GOT HIM!

Breaking News: President Trump pushed Australia's prime minister to help Attorney General William Barr in an investigation intended to rebut the Mueller inquiry https://t.co/HNFx7TF5aI

The White House has become the primary source of Chubby's issues.

He’s the President.  It’s his job to do exactly that.

He conducts foreign policy, including pressuring other nations leaders to comply with investigations into corruption when that corruption bleeds between international borders.

The President doesn’t forfeit this necessary power when the opposition party decides to investigate him, especially when the investigation is manufactured in order to prevent said President from exposing that corruption referenced.

Further, running for higher office is not a shield from investigation and prosecution.  Believing that it does is literally an argument in favor of a separate set of laws for the ruling class.

It’s all crashing down.  Your whole world is about to burn.

ICIG says whistle-blower checked off on form that he / she had 1st hand info and also checked off that he / she had 2nd/3rd hand info.

ICIG further states that 1st hand info isn't required under the statute and that is why the form was revised.

Having read the whistle blower's complaint, really not sure what the 1st hand info was; especially after having read the transcript of the phone call.

I think the first-hand knowledge part was in the poor retelling of the media articles that the rumor-monger personally read.

Seriously, if your theory is that Trump was using his federal authority to coerce the Ukraine to dig up dirt on Biden, Barr's trip to Australia weakens that by showing there was an investigation far wider than "Biden" and "Ukraine" going on.

You all are really too stupid to understand that?  This disproves your theory of the crime.
