DC Tom Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Currently 21 point favorites, up from 16.5 this morning. I mention this only to say you heard me say it first: this game is America's Team vs. America's Piñata. 2
StHustle Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Wow that has to be the largest point spread in a long time.

RiotAct Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 dang, tempted to bet my life savings on the ‘Boys.

Largest ever was 26.5. This years Dolphins are expected to beat that record. Hell, the line on this week's game is still increasing. 1

MJS Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Could this iteration of the Dolphins be worse than the 2007 1-15 Dolphins? They were terrible and barely got a win.
CaptnCoke11 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Where are those clowns on here that were saying the Dolphins getting the points was a lock?

IDBillzFan Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 As a general rule for betting, you should never leave 21 points on the table. But this is different. The Fish have completely quit. NE* - 19 1/2 yesterday was a complete no-brainer. Cowboys -21 is the same thing. That said, I quit gambling a number of years ago so I'm just hot air at this point.
row_33 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 FIsh runs a punt or kick return or gets a fluke D score, kills it Pros don't usually run up the score, unlike the college kids putting up 75-0 and all the yahoos in the stands screaming in joy like it's the greatest day of their life -------------------------------- the Browns (see Note 1 below) have been massacred on the spread pretty good the last two years. [Note 1: the Browns, that team that half the board had going to the Super Bowl no sweat before week one...]
TheBrownBear Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Miami is horrible, but their defense actually hung tough against the Pats until well into the 3rd quarter. So, it doesn't appear as if they've completely quit yet. Not sure I feel comfortable betting a 21 point favorite in any NFL game.

Pats starting last season have put in minimal efforts for a lot of games. a few last year they could have won but shrugged and wrote them off they were saving it all for the playoffs
