Tiberius Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 (CNN)New York County District Attorney Cyrus Vance's office has subpoenaed eight years of President Donald Trump's tax returns from Mazars USA, the longtime accounting firm to Trump and the Trump Organization, as part of its investigation into hush money payments, according to a person familiar with the matter. The subpoena was first reported by The New York Times. It isn't clear what deadline Mazars USA has to comply with the grand jury subpoena. A Mazars representative could not immediately be reached for comment. Any material obtained by a grand jury subpoena is covered by grand jury secrecy rules and would likely become public only if it were used as evidence at a trial.
SoCal Deek Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Can they get mine while they’re looking? I think I overpaid every year for the last five decades. I’m certainly not get my money’s worth from these clowns! They said they were going to Washington to do work for the people but it seems like they’re all way more interested in investigating each other.
B-Man Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 Gary, this really could have been put in the Trump re-election thread. This long attempted illegal pursuit of Tax returns only serves to reinforce the obvious, the democrats have nothing of substance to offer Americans in 2020. . . 4

Tiberius Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 He may have deducted the hush money payments to Stormy from his taxes as a business expense, lol! That is tax fraud. Trump promised to release his taxes back in 2016. He lied. Why?
keepthefaith Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 Oh boy they've really got Trump this time. 1

Tax returns point to illegal activity 3. He's a troll 4. A & B, B & C, A & C, All of the above Edited September 17, 2019 by Gary Busey
Cinga Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 What do 8 years of returns have to do with a single alleged payoff to Stormy in 2016? 1
