To be fair, we don't "need" gordan.  The patriots did not "need" antonio brown either.   The question is whether or not Gordan would take the team to a higher level.  The answer is no, Melvin Gordan is not an Antonio Brown level player.  Not worth disrupting team chemistry for.

If it is a significant enough injury I would.  Gore is playing well but I wouldn't put the running game on the shoulders of a 35 year old back.  He hobbles off the feild every 4th carry.

We went 2-0 on the road.

Josh Allen is showing enough progress to prove he can win games for us as long as we have a steady O line and a run threat. Gore is a legend, but he is no longer a game breaker. Singletary was the perfect fit for us, but if he is going to be out, we make the move now...

Call the Chargers and offer a 2nd round pick. Pay Gordon.

Beane makes all personnel decisions in a very thoughtful, deliberate and purposeful way.  What you've suggested is the opposite of that.

Murphy is a good back.  I’d probably prefer having him over Yeldin, but what do I know.

Anyway, I agree with the posters who suggested getting him.  No trades.

I'd get Blount and Murphy.

Murphy is better at replicating Singletary's speed.  Blount and Gore can wear teams out once we have a lead.  Yeldon, I'll be interested to see him play.  Haven't seen much of him to be honest.

use TJ Yeldon on drives at end of games that dont matter?

hope DS is fine. Seemed odd he was getting ball in that circumstance.

Strange RB usage. When we should be running the heck out of Singletary we don't. Why at the end of the game? That's what Yeldon should be doing. Kinda perplexing.

Gore is gonna retire after this year.

You sure about that? He doesn't seem to be breaking down and is a culture guy and seems perfect here. I could see him coming back one more year.

This is a silly idea. We have an offense that works, a strong young runner, we waived McCoy and you want to shelve DS if he has to miss a couple of games for a 12m a year RB?

Only player they should try and trade for is AJ Green, so they can stay, dare I say, relevant for the division title?

Allen needs a little more firepower to work with, Green would be the perfect addition and shouldn’t cost much. Cincinnati is headed the wrong way, but has two young promising WRs, locking up a veteran in their current situation doesn’t make a lot of sense. They have too many needs elsewhere

Just another TROLL job by a poster making inflammatory comments and then never following up.

Poster has a couple of these on the main board and a couple last week.

It should be shut down with a Time Out for not coming back into your thread.

The consensus seems to be - Don’t waste the picks and the money.
