I live a bit further north than where this car was found.

Those pond things the car is in are all over the place around here.

My housing community has them as well.  I agree the car is very close to land and I'm shocked no one saw the car.

In my community, I see kids and other people screwing around at the edge of those bodies of water all the time. Sometimes fishing in them (!?) and so on.

Can't believe no one saw the car!

The “lake” I lived on in Lantana people had a paddle boats and were out often.

Must be a very deep lake to not be seen or noticed.

Its the perfect crime. Get rid of the nosy neighbor, put him in a car, then send it into the local pond. When the statue of limitations run out, "hey! Look what I found!"

I'm betting he was "last seen" driving northeast on Lake Isle Drive at a high rate of speed, and 20 years ago those palm trees and that guardrail weren't there.
