US Egg Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 (edited) I'd still start Barkley if I had him in FF. But, hope to see Bills "D" shut him and Giants down for the win over any FF silliness. Edited September 9, 2019 by I am the egg man

billsbackto81 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Keep Barkley in check and should be an easy win. They have nothing outside of him on O and their D is lifeless.
buffalo2218 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 At first I thought that Allen should fare better against the Giants D line compared to the Jets. Now I'm like wait, the Giants D line went against Dallas' O line. So he may not be quite out of the woods yet
BillsFan130 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Usually pessimistic at picking Bills games but I see the Bills defence just crushing Eli. Bills pass rush combined with an immobile Eli spells trouble for the Giants

The Bills look like the better team that SHOULD win, but you never know in this league. I'll say this after working in a sportsbook for 15 years. The sign of a really good team is one that wins even when everyone is on them. I don't consider this game a lock at all. The LINE and situation is very similar to quite a few games in recent memory; last one being at the Jets on TNF a couple years back. You go out and start 2-0 on the road, under these "trap" circumstances, and you're on to something.

BillsfaninSB Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Let’s not act like the Jets and think we have an easy W. Continue to prepare like this is another huge challenge.
Cygnus99 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 (edited) Opening against the Bengals at home and being 2-0 on the road would be huge !! Sure the NY Giants are terrible and are worst than the NY Jets . It should be an easy game NOT !!! There is no such thing as easy game in the NFL . Anything could happen and got to take the NY Giants very seriously . If the Bills continue to play like this and as the season goes on I can see 10-6 or 11-5 or perhaps even 12-4 . Super Bowl ? No not yet but playoffs yes and even wining a playoff game . The next few years we are going to be elite !! It is coming Edited September 9, 2019 by Cygnus99

Aussie Joe Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 There is no such thing as an easy game in the NFL... Except Miami this year.. 1

Okay, time to channel our inner Dick Jauron here: "It's hard to win in the NFL." Stay confident, but humble. 1
auburnbillsbacker Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 Prior to the season starting we were a 3 point underdog against the Giants.

Luckily we as fans don't have to prepare and we can be as over confident as we want.
eball Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 I don't think McD allows this team to become "overconfident" -- they celebrated a W last night but there is much to clean up. The good news is that the Giants' defense looks absolutely awful. Great opportunity to start off the season with two road wins before playing 5 of 6 at The Cap.
Billsatlastin2018 Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 If the Bills are going to win 10 this year, this one as were the Jets are absolutely, two of them. Let’s get the mistakes and stupidity cleaned up and design a proper First Half Offensive to beat this sad sack. 1
BITE ME Posted September 9, 2019 Posted September 9, 2019 One game at a time, but if the Bills take care of business with the Giants and then the Bengals at home in week 3 we are looking like the the UNDEFEATED Bills and the UNDEFEATED Patriots meeting in Orchard Park in week 4 with the AFC East lead on the line. Go Bills. ?

The Bills have a very rough second half schedule. They had a miserable game yesterday, and found a way to beat an average team. They wont get let off the hook like that too often. They need to clean a lot up.
