Not sure how Rich Gannon blames that on Allen. Even if it was a throw off the mark, it wasn’t by any means a ball that was in danger of being intercepted. It was a fluke play, 9/10 that incomplete ball hits the ground.

Either way, IMO that pick was more on Beasley than Allen

Bingo. Also the bad snap that was fumbled is on Morse, not Allen.

Because why exactly?    2 drops a game won’t hurt us ? ? ?

You can.      AB and Brady will be here eventually and that’s not gonna cut it

The best wide outs have drops. That’s reality.

He looked bad in preseason and had 2 drops today.  1 of which resulted in a Pick 6.

Yes, I'm worried.   I don't see it.   Maybe there's a reason Dallas let him walk.

It's great he can get separation, but HANG ON TO THE MF_ING BALL you little squirt.

True--especially after seeing that endzone angle...that hit beasley pretty squarely

I think you’re the king of short, concise answers to ridiculous threads that ask questions that don’t have any real consequence regarding the success of this Bills team. Congratulations! Maybe.

He’s a decent, not great, receiver. Expectations should be lower for beasley and higher for brown going into the season. The differential won’t always be as wide as today.

Given his history it's pry a fluke.  However, that drop on the pick six almost cost us the game.

Yeah, that drop on the pick six was the one I thought would get us. The one on the sideline was bad as well. Overall a gutty performance by our guys and a fantastic opening day win.

What was that trash today ?

Thought the sideline one was gonna cost us points.

Anomaly. He had what 1 drop last year with 90 balls.

He dropped one during pre season and a couple today. I'm not worried, yet, but I'm not totally convinced there's nothing to worry about either.

Hopefully he just had a bad day at the office  Brown was fantastic  There was a early catch on a hot away from his body seam throw I was sure was too far out and he made it look routine

This.     Seeing the tipped interception 2x in short amount of time is concerning.

Hope he shakes it off with some 7-8 catch games.

He also dropped the pick 6. Not a perfectly thrown ball, but absolutely it's on him for not catching that.

That was not a well thrown ball. Very unfortunate the way it bounced for both Beasley and Allen, but it happens. I'm definitely not concerned about CB's hands.

You see receivers catch that more times than not.
