YoloinOhio Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 likely tomorrow. Siran Neal is the next man up at NCB but there's no depth behind him. Buffalo released Captain Munnerlyn last weekend with, reportedly, the intent to bring him back in Week 2. That seems like a likely scenario now, especially if Johnson's injury is deemed serious.
Wayne Arnold Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 This kid doesn't pass the durability prerequisite for an NFL career, unfortunately. Expect Captain to be signed this week. 1
bouds Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 He’s a good football player, just can’t stay healthy.
Freddie's Dead Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Probably when he got trucked by Bell on the Jets 5-yard line.
chris heff Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 He played well as did Neal in relief. Unlike guy backing up Mosley.
Adam727 Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Really? I thought Taron played great and I hope he's not out for long, but I thought Neal played terribly. He would've been the worst player on the field today if it wasn't for the Jets' kicker... I hope they bring someone else in at DB before next week. 1
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 I may be way off, but I thought Johnson was the weakest link on D out there. Missed tackles and getting burned badly by Crowder. 1
Rock'em Sock'em Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Lafayette Pitts played well in preseason and is still a FA... 3
thenorthremembers Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 I thought both Johnson and Neal were bad today. Missed tackles galore, and the 2 point conversion on Neal was crap. 1 1
