HopsGuy Posted September 10, 2019 Posted September 10, 2019 On April Fool’s about 15 years ago, I got in early (like normal) & changed everyone’s m & n keys (even my own). It was glorious.
Wacka Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 When I was in Grad school at Roswell Park (in the 80s) the Prof across the hall had the most elaborate prank. He had found out that when someone is in end stage colon cancer, a certain enzyme shoots up. His technician was a bit dense and he pulled the prank on him. This was when President Reagan had the colon tumor. The prof laced a tissue sample with the enzyme and had to sent tp someone he knew at Walter Reed. That person sent it back to his lab Fed-Ex. Had the tech analyze tit. Then had a Polish Post-doc from UB call the tech posing as a reporter from Soviet Life magazine (a real magazine at the time) asking if they has gotten the president's tissue sample. Then he had someone else call soon afterwards saying he was from the FBI and to not tell anyone about the tissue sample. He let the tech stew for a couple of weeks and then sent a telegram ranking the tech for staying silent. The telegram said it was from Ron and Nancy with " This is all joke" at the bottom.
WhoTom Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 When I was in college, we had a couple of professors who would prank each other. One day, our physics prof let us into another prof's office and had us install a doorbell over the dropped ceiling. We ran the wire to the hallway and hid the button above a bulletin board. About a dozen of us knew about it, so when any of us walked past the bulletin board, we'd reach up and press the button. This went on for a couple of weeks before he finally took out the ceiling tiles and found the doorbell.
The Avenger Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Craziest one I saw was this elevator prank - you could seriously kill someone by giving them a heart attack with this prank....
