If a ball bounces in bounds and then ends up out of bounds it should be placed where it last touched in bounds. It should only go to the 40 if the ball is kicked directly out of bounds without touching in bounds. Just going to lead to less actual returns if they can just let the ball go and wait for it to go out.....
