It's also not about Brady and his dislike of having pressure straight up the middle.

BB is going to want to run the ball a lot this year and we know Bodine's run blocking works.

How do we know this?

We had no, NO effective run blocking last year.  Only way we ran was 1) Ivory ploughing his way 3 yds up the middle 2) heavy set with 2 TEs and/or fullback

My post does not read the way I intended.  I meant that Bodine was BAD in run blocking and letting him go to NE is not going to help them.

Edit:  I went back to my original post and clarified that.

I would be absolutely shocked if he was picked up by another team. I’d actually be a little surprised if he made the Bills practice squad. IIRC, anyone that’s picked up off waivers has to be signed to the 53.  Maybe that’s different for the initial cuts here.

I heard Sal say that yesterday about the 53. His take was also Stills has some traits the Bills like and is the perfect PS guy for the Bills

NBA channel is going to show a Buffalo Braves game in their Hardwood Classics series.

I saw one once. It was great to see.

I hated to see McAdoo later in a Lakers uniform.

I'm curious to see what they do with Sills. I mean he looked ok at times but he's not quite ready yet. I'm not sure he makes it to the practice squad though. Do you keep him on the 53, as the last receiver on the roster isn't likely to dress on game day anyways? Tough roster crunch this year.

I think he looked miles from ready. No way he makes the 53. PS if their primary options fall through .

Ditto, YOLO! Yes, them leaving STILL hurts, but these jerseys are Awesome! Trying to decide between MacAdoo, R. Smith or Kauffman custom job. Ernie No D?

Ernie D or Smith would be seeet, but there’s just something about how McAdoo rolls off the tongue.

Can't believe the Bills traded Geoff Bodine he was the pride of Chemung County when he ran NASCAR Winston Cup. Guess the transition to the NFL wasn't going well

They didn’t. But they did trade Brett Bodine.

McAdoo all day. Those 50th Anniversary Sabre's sweaters are something else as well. I’d get a Perreault if they made one

Bodine was on the team last year and knows a lot about what Daboll did last year and plans to do this year.

Obviously a reconnaissance trade.

score a -1 for Beane and the trade.
