I am sure that everyone is afraid of bad hand offs and what not due to lack of practice with Josh

I am as well.....but I think they will get it worked out quick

I just feel good knowing we have some guys that can play the position.....the question becomes when Morse does come back what do we do with Jon Feliciano....he has shown himself too good of a player to sit

If Morse starts at center then Feliciano will be RG with Ford at RT, and Nsekhe as "swing" tackle, IMO.

But I have a bad feeling that Morse will not start next Sunday. I've been hearing how it's nothing and he'll be back any second for all of training camp and the preseason, but he's still in concussion protocol and not cleared to play. And the decision as to when he's cleared is supposedly out of the teams hands, so I'm skeptical of all this speculation that it's just gamesmanship by the Bills.

Yea. Those games. Just like he was clear and sat today.

Why bother playing him in the most meaningless game there is?

You mean AB too?

I didn't see Morse sitting out because he couldn't wear his helmet.

He was removed from concussion protocol today, vince.

Shocker!  He'll start.

No need to.

And if if he was clear and sat last week that’s fine too!

why fake him being in protocol, essentially, as some allege

Because it's a concussion and Morse has had a few so far.

Have you had a recent one? I feel like this conversation is whizzing past you even quicker than normal.

i obviously understand why you wouldn’t play him on a practical level. I’m arguing you should just get him cleared and own the decision instead of holding off on testing so you can pretend to hide behind not being cleared.

Yes, it's obvious what you were getting at.  Does it make a difference?  Would you have slept better at night knowing he was cleared, say, a week ago but still held out of practice/games for precaution's sake?

So it was a knee to the head.  This board talked a lot of smack about him being out after the 3rd day of practice, implying that a strong breeze could give him another concussion.  This always seemed dramatic.  The fact that it was a knee to his head proves that it still required a unique, inordinate type of hit to give him this concussion.

Wow.  I seriously hope he reconsiders taking "a few more," before contemplating retirement. And I'm sorry, but a knee to the head is far from a "once in a career," kind of thing.  Especially in the trenches.

I hope he has family/friends/loved ones talking some sense into him.  One more and he should really just let it go, in my opinion.

I hope he says the train horn must go.  It gives me headaches.  Seriously, good to hear that he loves the game.  He sounds like a football player.  Go Bills!!

Agreed. While I'd love for him to play he needs to think about his future. Not sure how many people here have read the story about his brother but he needs to be "with it" for him as they age.

enjoying cantaloupe and never having met someone who hasn't.... that's where. this is the first I've run into it.

"cantaloupe is one of those divisive foods" is definitely on a list of random things I thought i'd never see anyone actually say.... I guess that's a thing?

 I hate cantaloupe
