Will be shocked if Haus, DeMarco, Zay, and likely Love aren’t on the 53.  Doubt Croom makes it for no other reason than he’s still out.

Starting to agree with Yeldon over Perry too.

Not sure about Spain on IR, BUT, he’ll be my surprise cut

still think there will be trade to reduce the log jam at WR and RB and wouldn’t be shocked if that included Zay.

Interesting points of view.

My take:

  • I totally agree with you on DiMarco, I would cut him ´cuase he can be replaced on offense by a TE. He may be a good ST guy but we have so many rosters spots for STers (kicker, punter, long snaper, return specialist... do we really need another one?
  • Same goes with the new OJ, don´t need another STer, I´m sure we have enough backups and that´s why they are trying Zay on STs.
  • I would keep Zay and Williams at least untill Kroft comes back. In the mean time I would only keep 3 active TEs and have Williams serve as such if needed. He is showing he is a good and willing blocker already.
  • NO Spain to IR unless he is out more than 6 weeks of regular season, so for me Spain stays and McD is cut.
  • In my 53, I have 4 DT and 4 EDGE, 6 LBs, but I have only 52 roster sports. The last one I´m not sure who makes it (Yarbrough, Love, Peko, Mo Alexander, Dodson or maybe the rookie Jaquean whom I have him cut so far)
  • Also agree we need to upgrade the kicking and punting, lets see what would be available, maybe offer a trade for Carolina’s Joey Slye to secure him.

Offense (25):

QB (2): Allen / Barkley

RB (4) (5): McCoy / Gore / Singletary / Yeldon / DiMarco

 - Read a few times that Dabol's offense will use DiMarco in tricky ways

OL (9) (8): Dawkins / Spain / Morse / Ford / Nsekhe / Feliciano / Bates / Long / Teller / McDermott

IR: Spain, Waddle

- I went Teller over Long due to both Bates and Feliciano can backup OC  and Teller is young OG with some potential

TE (4) (3): Knox / Smith / Sweeney / Croom

PUP: Kroft

WR (6) (7): Brown / Beasley / Foster / Williams / McKenzie / Roberts / Jones

Defense (25):

DL (8): Hughes / Oliver / Lotulelei / Murphy / Lawson / J. Phillips / H. Phillips / D. Johnson

LB (7): L. Alexander / Edmunds / Milano / Thompson / Lacey / Stanford / Joseph / M. Alexander

CB (6) (5): White / Wallace / T. Johnson / K. Johnson / Munnerlyn / Pitts

S (4) (5): Poyer / Hyde / Coleman / Neal / Johnson

Special Teams (3):

K (1): ? Hauschka

P (1): ? Bojo

LS (1): Ferguson

Offense (25):

QB (2): Allen / Barkley

RB (5): McCoy / Gore / Singletary / Yeldon / DiMarco

I don't see DiMarco being a needed, but coaches love him.

OL (8): Dawkins / Spain / Morse / Ford / Nsekhe / Feliciano / Bates / Teller

- Agree Long is cut. He was looked at as Backup C, no longer.

TE (3): Knox / Smith / Sweeney

PUP: Kroft

WR (7): Brown / Beasley / Foster / Williams / McKenzie / Roberts / Jones

Bills keep 7, When Kroft comes back, Either McKenzie or Roberts gets cut (they both play the same position and STs) whoever performs stays.

No way does Jones get cut.  I just don't see a trade happening like most. Jones stays I agree.

Defense (25):

DL (8): Hughes / Oliver / Lotulelei / Murphy / Lawson / J. Phillips / H. Phillips / D. Johnson

LB (7): L. Alexander / Edmunds / Milano  / Lacey / Stanford / Joseph / M. Alexander

Lacey mans ST more than anyone.  Just think Coaches love his ability on STs

CB (6): White / Wallace / T. Johnson / K. Johnson / Pitts / Neal

I think Munnerlyn is cut, its between him and Pitts

S  (4): Poyer / Hyde / Coleman  / Johnson

Special Teams (3):

K (1): ? Hauschka

P (1): ? Bojo

LS (1): Ferguson

This looks about as accurate as I can imagine.  They are keeping Long though.  Probably over a 7th LB.  Everything else looks perfect in my opinion.  People thinking we go into the season without a fullback apparently haven't been watching Bills football all last season.  Also I think they are too smart to not sign a different punter.  Remember last season they cut their training camp punter and grabbed Bojo.  Wouldn't be surprised to see something similar this season.  Bojo blew it this week in my opinion.  If Carter shows anything Thursday then it's his after Bojo's chance last Friday.

Turf Toe... This is very likely.  Let McKenzie and Roberts battle out for return man STs/WR production.  Winner stays, loser gets cut and Foster comes back week 6.

No one is cutting Roberts. That’s ludicrous.

He's been playing. Whatever his toe problem it appears to be minor. Highly doubt they place him on IR, plus they have to designate him to return after the final cut down, right? Otherwise he can't return.
