I can't imagine that would be good. And upscale plate? $15? I think the chef is missing the point.

Yeah, the piont is you can get about three plates at Nick's for that price!

If he is going French, how about Le Poseur Plate ?

That sounds awesome.  For those of you who haven't had it, bison is probably the best meat on the planet.  It's leaner than turkey and very flavorful.

$16 sounds a bit pricy but I'd try it - especially if I was there on business.

Bison is good stuff.

I've often wondered why it hasn't overtaken beef.  You can certainly get more meat out of one bison than one angus and its ALOT better for you.  Do you think they are just more expensive to raise?

Probably, but I do not know. People do not handle change very well. Oh well. More for us.

Yeah, but if there was more demand there'd be more supply and it would be cheaper.  It's about the ducketts.

As long as there is enough supply to handle the demand. Otherwise, the prices go up.

Where did that word come from? I never heard of it before until playing GTA:SA. Now I see it pretty frequently. Anyone know the origin?

I agree that Bison and Ostrich are great
