Schopp talks Bills in the same manner that one might discuss, say, constipation. There is no media personality, even on the national level, that goes to the extremes Schopp does in dismissing ANYTHING of a positive nature with the Bills and especially Josh Allen whom he despises. Schopp, that insufferable douch bag, used to have ex-QB now fine analyst Dan Orlovsky on the program regularly when Dan was down on Josh Allen. Now, Orlovsky is praising Allen and the douche bag is dismissing it with the notion that "nothing in preseason means anything" and no assessment is possible.

With deepest apologies to all the haters, Debbie Downers, and the like, it must be said that Allen is meeting the eyeball test this meaningless preseason. It's OK to be optimistic, it really is.

Mike Schopp, please bottle the Bills acid and STFU. And Bulldog, grow a pair and stand up to this idiot once in a while.

So, instead of whining, why don't you just wait until Allen is awesome in the regular season when it counts?  Then Schopp won't have a leg to stand on. There is only one person that can stop the Josh Allen bashing and that is Josh Allen, it's all up to him.

Daily listener on my drive home from work. I love it. I agree, Schop can be a real pain, but it's entertaining. I don't mind someone with a differing opinion. You just have to learn to take what he has to say with a grain of salt.

I was a road-warrior today and listened to parts. He is just gross. It is possible to have an opinion and not be rude to someone who has an opposing opinion.

His argument of JA’s stats is technically correct but leaves out the fact of who the receivers were, how the line performed, drops, etc.

I’m not offering an excuse for JA, but if you’re a media personality, you would think you’d want to paint the entire picture and add in how he’s performing this year.

I never understood why WGR employs him. I have encountered numerous people who stopped listening to their network just because of Schopp. To this day I haven't met anyone who is a fan of his.

Turn off WGR. There are a ton of good Bills podcasts out there. Locked on Bills and Buffalo Rumblings and Cover 1 all have made my commute much more enjoyable than the WGR whine show.

Schoop loves Tyrod Taylor and thinks he wasn't treated fairly.

It's that simple.

He didn't stop there.  He firmly believes we picked the wrong QB and should have drafted Lamar Jackson.

Some know what his motivations are and if you don't,  do a little investigating.

Much like The Buffalo News and Jerry Sullivan they will eventually realize he is bad for business, but by then it will be too late.

Seriously try listening to Locked on Bills some times. Joe Marino is a professional. He is not a homer but he is fair and he treats his listenere with respect. Schopp is the radio host equivalent of rug burn.

His coaches and teammates have a part in it, too.

I don’t get School without going to some effort, but I DO get all kinds of other stations. Might I suggest trying one of the others?

Yes, but there will always be valid criticisms of the Allen pick unless he makes it impossible to question the selection.  Not saying it is fair, but that's where it stands. There's tons of people who take the stance Schopp takes, and there is only one way they will ever shut up.
