Allen, 29, likely won’t have much problem finding a new home. He has averaged 45.3 yards per punt in his career, with a 40.4 net average.

He (and the Patriots punt team) has allowed only one touchdown in the past six years.

Hopefully the Bills will bring him in and give him a try. Least he's an established veteran punter and I'm pretty sure he could do better than what we currently have.

Better a year early than a year late.

Okay, but Allen is hardly old at 29, and New England doesn’t exactly burn Punters legs out. This seems like a cap move, and it’s one the Bills should take advantage of. Their punting game is highly suspect right now.

The joke is the patriots tried to hide Corey Bojorquez on the practice squad without using him in any games.

He didn't even make it through half a season---as a punter!
