i'm not much of a bettor but isn't the 3.5 a demarcation of the home team?  so if the home team is -3.5 it's essentially even and they are calling out the "home field advantage"

Subtract three from the home team to see who Vegas thinks is the better team.  They think they're a 1/2 a point better than us.  THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!!

Thoughts and prayers.

Now moving on to whatever helps the Bills win games.

Can almost make an all pro team out of these injured players!

Better hope CJ Mosley lives up to that ridiculous contract

He won’t, he isn’t even worth half that contract. It will be similar to when the Dolphins sign Baltimore LBs. He will be solid but nothing special.

You have to have depth to be a playoff caliber NFL team. Injuries will happen and the team with the best depth always has a chance to hang around until the end.

Huge loss. Fans and local media are very high on him. And the Jets defensive depth has looked brutal

They're already spinning the news that Cashman was taking his starting job anyway, that was why he was in there so long...

That really sucks.

I don’t wish injuries on anybody...except Brady.  If Brady goes down, F him.

Anybody else, they have my empathy.

That's crap, he was our best defensive player last year, any Jets fan tells you Cashman was going.to start ahead of him is crazy

Oh absolutely. The Bills have more depth now than I have seen in years.

His play last season was fine.

Uhh....what? That is a borderline insane statement.

Wasn't his best season by any means but he was fine.

There was a lot of talk they might cut him. He certainly wasn't fine. He was consistently burned all season long. He admitted that he played at an embarrassing level.

He got burned on a few deep throws. It doesn't mean every other play is thrown in the trash.

"In fact, since that solid performance in Week One, the Jets’ defense has actually played better during the five games Johnson missed when he was injured. Many league observers believe Darryl Roberts, the minimum-salary backup who was starting while Johnson was hurt, has actually played better than Johnson this season. That’s despite the fact that Johnson will pocket $26 million in salary and bonuses in his first year with the Jets, while Roberts makes less than $1 million."

You can find evidence that he wasn't "fine" all over. Not sure why you believe he was ok.

I have watched every snap of every Jets game in 2018 that is why I believe he was fine.
