Royale with Cheese Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 It wouldn't be an offseason without something dropped against Shady...
Malazan Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Shady has had kind of a disappointing off-season. He needs to have like 3 women over who steal like 1 million dollars worth of jewelry so he can outdo Bell.
RochesterLifer Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 Does this indicate they're no longer accusing him of the attack, or orchestrating it? Just looking at the potential bright side.

Coach Tuesday Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 I’m guessing this will soon be tied to the Clintons... 3

MJS Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 "Donald sued McCoy and his personal assistant Tamarcus Porter. She claimed McCoy had Porter change the security system and didn't give Cordon access to it, leaving her unprotected. The suit said that made him liable for the attack." Grasping at straws. How are these attorneys getting paid? I'm sure they know that this case won't hold any water.

They should know that when the host heads to the dace floor with his Timbas on, the party is soon over...

StHustle Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 These chicks set their own selves up to be robbed. This was a money grab from the start. Once McCoy took away the security system their gears started turning. I'm pretty sure McCoy settled out of court just to make it go away. At least his lawyer set a provision for it to be dismissed without an explanation...unlike the off duty cop incident. It sucks that celebs... especially athletes are basically forced into settling these civil suits to avoid the public spectacle of a trial or chancing being found guilty from the very loose burden set in civil cases.
MJS Posted August 13, 2019 Posted August 13, 2019 Usually the term "drop" a lawsuit means to no longer pursue a lawsuit. Kind of a misleading title.

Just poorly written. Shady's ex girlfriend's friend dropped (no longer pursued) her lawsuit against McCoy/Porter. His ex girlfriend's lawsuit against them is still pending. Based on the way this story went down it seems they were trying to set Shady up and they Jessie Smolletted it. 2 1
