I was wondering this myself.... I think last year the Bills App streamed all the preseason games if you were within the market area.  Not sure if they'll be doing it again this year?  Also the Yahoo "Sports" app is a good try.  They usually stream the local games during the regular season, not sure about preseason again...

It says streaming is only available in Indianapolis:   We'll also stream the game on FOX59.com and the FOX59 app (streaming available in the Indianapolis market only).

My guide has Giants v Jets on both FOX and NFLN.  Maybe Bills will be on FOX...
