His SI columns were a must read for me. Sports journalism is not what it was anymore. I had forgotten how much I missed his columns until hearing of his death. RIP.

I didn't either. I read his SI columns. I always thought he had a good and neutral point of view. I liked his mocks. Evidently he was doing some free lancing later on.

Shocked. I follow him on twitter. He had announced he waseorking for Vegas iirc.

 

his snaps column was a regular one I read on SI and thrn he posted it through patriots site.

He did did a couple of years ago ina shake up.  He landed his standard column off of the patriots dite. He announced in mid July about joint Las Vegas paper iirc.
