Had an Indian neighbor that moved.  They had to replace all the wall board in the house because they couldn't get the curry odor out.

There was actually a similar situation about 4-5 houses up the road from us. It must be serious stuff! It went 10-20% below what it should have.

Whenever my wife and I make it, the smell remains 3 days later ... But give me some curried chicken, samosa's and Papadum's and I'll live with the smell.

I never went into this house, but apparently they were both of Indian descent. It permeated EVERYTHING after years of living there. I try very hard not to judge, but there can be consequences.

The house sold well below value in the neighborhood, but WOW.

All the time. Indian food, ordered out or homemade, is the best.

I'm with you--I have read all of the health benefits and sure that's great, but I just eat it because it's delicious.

I used to travel to India often and the smell was in every restaurant. Fantastic.

Not a big fan of Indian food.  Friends had us over for Indian dinner.  There were 3 or 4 different dishes that all tasted about the same (not very good, IMO) but were slightly different colors.  Thai curry is where it’s at.

Personally love the stuff.  Fiance hates it.  I'll eat any kind of curry, Jamaican, Indian, Thai, Chinese. How about you?
