Booker says "we in Congress" should start impeachment proceedings "immediately." He also promised to uphold the Constitution. But as a Senator, he really ought to know that impeachment happens in the House. Gabbard: "Donald Trump is supporting Al Qaeda." Next time President Trump makes an over the top accusation against a Democrat, remember what Gabbard said tonight.
